Kickstart your health goals by trying this killer workout from Chris Hemsworth’s health app Centr, led by trainer Luke Zocchi.
Luke’s Heart Starter is part of Centr’s six week Centr 6 program (it’s also the program’s Monday workout, suggesting lots of Centr members stuck to the rule of ‘never miss a Monday!’ this year).

2. Bent over rows (Single Arm)
3. Bodyweight squats
4. Single arm snatch
5. Zottman curls
