Are you over 40? Over 50? Or perhaps over 60? Whatever your age, it is never too early to start focusing on your health, not only to increase your lifespan but also to increase your healthspan.

Healthspan measures the years of independence and the quality of life that you desire. While it is great to live long, it means less if you are weighed down with chronic illness, fatigue and just got feeling your best.
